オーストラリアでは会社でパーティーが一般的でケータリングの会社も沢山あります。
実は当社でもご要望に合わせたケータリングを行ってます。
今回はお寿司、つまみ盛り合わせの他に鉄板焼きで焼きそば、焼き鳥のご要望でした。
これからメニュー内容を考えますが現場で焼きそば、焼き鳥を調理するのはすごく楽しいです。
３、４日前までの事前予約でお願いしています。

We have been asked by one of our customers to cater for their company party.
Company hosted parties are common in Australia and there are many public catering service companies.
Our company also offers dedicated catering service.
This time we were requested a catering including, sushi, appetisers, yakisoba(pan-fried noodles) and yakitori(grilled chicken).
The full menu is still to be finalised but cooking yakisoba and yakitori on site is always very enjoyable.
We ask for 3-4 days notice before the booking date.
