2月29日 オーストラリアでも新型コロナウィルスの経済的損失はかなり大きく飲食業界もやはり深刻な状況です。学生が入国できないことで客数もさることながら従業員の確保も難しくなっています。ただここで悩んでいても良いことないので前を向いて対策を考えないとですね。 最近はサンドイッチ製造の会社から依頼を受けていた仕事が決まり週に300kgほどSpicy Chicken Biteを出荷するようになりました。 簡単にいうと鳥の胸肉の辛い唐揚げですね。オーストラリアの方はモモよりムネ肉の方がお好みです。かなり美味しくできたのでもっと多くのお客様にご案内して行こうと思います。 冷蔵庫内で解凍してレンジで軽く温めるだけでサンドイッチの具材、おつまみになります。 色々試して行動しないと状況は変わりませんよね。 常に新しいものを提供できるように頑張ります。
