2月29日 オーストラリアでも新型コロナウィルスの経済的損失はかなり大きく飲食業界もやはり深刻な状況です。学生が入国できないことで客数もさることながら従業員の確保も難しくなっています。ただここで悩んでいても良いことないので前を向いて対策を考えないとですね。 最近はサンドイッチ製造の会社から依頼を受けていた仕事が決まり週に３００kgほどSpicy Chicken Biteを出荷するようになりました。 簡単にいうと鳥の胸肉の辛い唐揚げですね。オーストラリアの方はモモよりムネ肉の方がお好みです。かなり美味しくできたのでもっと多くのお客様にご案内して行こうと思います。 冷蔵庫内で解凍してレンジで軽く温めるだけでサンドイッチの具材、おつまみになります。 色々試して行動しないと状況は変わりませんよね。 常に新しいものを提供できるように頑張ります。
Izakaya Goma New Udon Menu
２月１４日 オーストラリアの山火事もなんとか収まったようです。 さて、この度Maroubraにあります当社レストラン Izakaya Gomaにて自家製手打ちうどんを使ったオリジナルうどんメニューを始めます。２月１７日開始予定です！ うどんですが讃岐うどんより細く稲庭うどんより太い麺を目指して作りました。 蒸したかぼちゃを練りこんでうどんに甘さを加え鮮やかな黄色の麺に仕上げています。 シドニーではあまり冷たい汁のうどんは好まれないので温かいつけ汁うどんにしてみました。こちらは鳥南蛮うどん。 当店の人気ラーメンスープを使用したチャーシュー豚骨つけ汁うどん。稲庭うどんではダントツの人気メニューでした。 他では絶対に食べられないオリジナルうどんメニューもいくつかご用意しています。 明太子バターうどん 和風だしスープ チキンカツトマトソース。ボリューム満点です。 サッパリとした和風クリームパスタにサーモンのトッピング。 その他Izakaya Gomaでしか味わえないうどんを今後も用意していきます。 是非お試しください。
